Critical Keycode Error

Anyone know what Alarm Code 31067 - Failed to find comp for feature (260 2180111)means?

I downloaded the SRG keycode file to the BCM 1.0. The system took the keycode file but gave the above alarm when u look at the alarm tab. Also, even tho the keycode was entered and rebooted, the system doesn't recognize that it is now an SRG.

I've done a level 2 reset twice and downloaded the keycode file from the Nortel site twice.

Anyone encounter this before?

Is it a BCM 50 release 1.0? If so, did you load the SRG application update before applying the keycode? If not, do a level 2 reset, load the SRG app update, then apply the keycode.
