Our CallPilot server in our option 11 switch (NT 4) ran out of space and started throwing virtual memory errors. I backed up the database to a share and cleared up some space on D the drive where the database and pagefile reside. Despite that some space is free, a service fails to load (nbbkp).
The two main errors I see are as follows:
Internal error in service nbbkp, additional data = NBsm_StartService, rc=1069.
and
The SM could not start service nbbkp.
Despite that callpilot is running now, deleting messages from large inboxes fails to clear up space in the database files. Is there way to repair this service? Maybe I don't have enough space cleared for the service to come up? I've tried allocating more VM to NT but no luck. Chkdisk won't run on the NTFS volume do to it being formatted with a newer verson of windows (C drive is FAT 32).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
