Critical error on server when installing Xerox NDPS Gateway

I have tried serveral things - I am running SP2 on the NetWare 6 server and I have patched everything with the post SP2 patches required. Whenever I try to load the current Xerox NDPS Gateway the following happens. Installation goes along without any problems and the drivers start getting loaded into RMS. After a number of drivers get loaded (it varies) I get a critical error has occured on the server and the update stops.

Any ideas?

I found out the problem. Xerox NDPS installation only supports SP1. Built another server only installed SP1 and the Xerox NDPS installed just fine.
