Can someone explain to me why my crosstab query is not finding my field for its criteria? It will find it for a regular select query, but as soon as I change it to a crosstab it can't find it anymore! Weirdness...

criteria for crosstab query not working

Fred, I'm assuming that you're in a similar predicament. Well, I did find a roundabout solution but still don't understand why the query grid would not take a criteria from my form but would take a 'hard' criteria such as any number.
In order for the crosstab query to find the criteria on the form, the only solution I could come up with was first entering the criteria as usual in the criteria cell in the query grid and then switching to SQL mode to copy and paste the SQL code into an AfterUpdate Event as the rowsource for my listbox which I wanted to display monthly data dynamically for any company selected from a combo box. This worked perfectly for me but may not suit your needs. If it does, give me a holler if you have any questions.
