Crisis Alert problem

The past couple of days I've had reports from our attendants that they're hearing alarms out of their consoles. I've looked through my aar/ars tables but we don't have anything set to alrt, not even 911. One of the attendants said that she saw the name of someone (that happens to be the telecom director, my boss) come across when the alarm was going off. I ran an ECAS report on his station and see that it says he dialed 0 at 8:13:54 and it lasted 6 seconds and then it also shows where the attendant dialed him at 8:13:54, the exact same time as the call before!! I looked at the call log on his phone and he didn't dial 0 this morning, but the attendant did call him (after she saw his name on the crisis alert I'm assuming.) It's also showing that he dialed 0 yesterday at 8:13:00 and it lasted 0 seconds. So it's looking like something on his station is setting of the crisis alert.

Is there anyway to tell what's made the crisis alert go off or is there something I'm missing that could tell me what would make it go off?

Boss has a 4625 IP phone and attendants have old 302D's

Does the attendant even have a crisis alert button and have you actually seen the alert? I'd ask the attendant to let you walk up and see the alarm in progress so you can determine what it could be.

It's possible that if they did have a crisis alert button and there was an alert (assuming something in AAR/ARS is set to alert), it could be an old alarm that they didn't fully clear out yet (by pressing the Crisis Alert button 3 times).

I'm wondering if this could be a priority call or something like that. Also not sure if you have the intra-switch CDR recording internal extensions, if not then you woulden't see the call to extension "0".

I've added the crisis alert button just so they could turn it off. I haven't seen the alert, I asked them to let it run and call me so I could but they never do. What's so strange is that there's nothing in AAR/ARS set to alert, not even 911. We do have intra-switch cdr recording internal extensions.

What about aar/ars location #? We had a problem where the alert was set off and we finally tracked it down to a cell phone number that entered into the ars table for location 1 as "alert".
