Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get the crisis alert to work for two systems connected through QSIG trunks. I have a Cisco Call Manager connected to an Avaya S8700 CM 2.0 via QSIG (Don't ask). I have 911 and 9911 routing to the Avaya and dialing out perfectly. The only thing I can't seem to get to work is the Crisis Alert feature for the calls coming from the Cisco. Does the Avaya treat the second system like a separate tenant partition? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
