CRES Save to CSV Option Not Available

Hi,

I'm using CRXI. Against a Teradata database.
No CR patches fixes or anything have been installed.

I have published a report to CRES and when I view it (DHTML viewer) everything displays property. I want to save the output to a .csv file.

When I click the save button a window displays allowing me to select my save File Format. Only have the following options...
Crystal Report
Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
Microsoft Excel 97-2000 (XLS)
Microsoft Excel 97-2000 - Data Only (XLS)
Microsoft Word (RTF)
Microsoft Word - Editable (RTF)
Rich Text Format (RTF)

I've seen other posts on this site that talk about saving to a .csv but can't find anything. Have I missed installing something?

Hi,
IIRC, CE does not support CSV Exports, it only has a subset of the export options that CR has.
