crerror-545 Crystal Error Report: Error in file

The first thing in the morning, 7:30 am est, a user executes a process thsat then looks to print with Srystal Reports. The error received is
CRERROR – 545) CRYSTAL ERROR REPORT: ERROR IN FILE X:\IFS\PROD\RUNTIME\EN\
BE_PO_ARRIVAL.RPT: REQUEST CANCELLED BY THE USER.

We are runing IFS, wersion 2003 DMC which uses Crystal Reports 8.5 for custom reporting. The dastabase is Oracle 9i, on Solars unix 8. The user is on a citrix station which is in a server farm. i believe this error is due to network traffic, but i need some other ideas or thoughts.

Hi,
From what I have been able to find out on the web, this is usually caused by a printer not being accessable when the report 'needs' it. Be sure someone has not removed the designated printer or taken it offline.
