Credit gateway solutions for dos based database?

I'm looking for credit gateway software that accepts command line instructions and batch files so that I can integrate with dBase IV. The program will also need to output some kind of report that can be automatically imported back into dbase so that the whole procedure is fairly seamless.

Ideally this system should be compatible with Bank of America's credit gateway but if we have to switch to a different merchant account it might be worth it.
