We like many of you out there have had fraudulent credit card charges get by. I've used the CCV# and AVS# has a security verification but these cards still get by. Is there anything out there that will work with Aloha that will prompt for a invalid credit card?

You didn't mention what Aloha Version you are on.

If you are on any of the 6.x versions, fields were added to programming of a payment key to ask for zip code and/or security code.

The problem with this is in the early version so fo 6.x Aloha didn't really DO ANYTHINH with this information--so it didn't get to the processor to help things link the processing fee or fraud detection.

To the best of my knowledge, it still doesn't go to the processor.

A card that is approved by a processor that is later found to be fraudulent is the responsibility of the processor, not the merchant.

This is strange. How exactly is a credit card that receives authorization and approval from a credit processor a problem or cost of the merchant?
