Credit Card Modem 56 - is it compatible with Windows XP?

Before upgrading my laptop to windows xp, I would appreciate if someone can advise me whether the Xircom Credit Card 56T is compatible with Windows XP?

according to

drivers for this modem are included in windows xp so it should be a breeze!
Note however, that if this does not work, there is no support from xircom (intel)

Only modem part of my Xircom RealPort CardBus Ethernet 10/100+Modem 56 is working in Windows XP.
Ive changed something like 3 cards suspecting this could be a faulty hardware,result is - useless!
Reinstaller drivers, all the same thing! It says, This decive cannot start. (Code 10)
For this moment, im looking to book a support for this issue as ive spent a few days looking for an answer on the web.
