Credentials??

I have the following test environment set up for Reporting Services:

Server:
Windows 2003 Standard
SQL 2000 Standard
SSRS

Workstation:
Windows XP Pro
Visual Studio .Net 2003 Professional
Report Designer

I have designed a report on my workstation and now I want to upload it to the Reporting Server; what credentials would I need to make this happen?? When I try and do this I get the following error thrown in VS.Net:

 The permissions granted to user 'NETWORK\joe.schmo' are insufficient for performing this operation.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

The error sounds SQL related to me. What permissions does your user "joe.schmo" have on the sql server?
