CRectTracker ???

Hi all,
I have a question. Currently I have drag and drop implimented between 2 CListCtrl boxes. It works fine but being nit-picky I want to give it a different look. When I do my drag I get the dotted-line outline of what I am dragging but what I would like instead is to load an icon or something to replace my rather large rectangle.

For example, if you were to drag a file from some folder to the desktop, you would see a translucent image of the icon you are dragging and if it can not be dropped you see a circle with a line through it.

What I would like to do is just show that icon, once i know how to do this i can then write the code to change it from non-droppable to a plus sign to show it is droppable.

I hope I explained this clearly enough.

Thank you! I will look at this when I get home tonight and work on my side project. After 3 hours of working with CRectTracker and not producing the desired results I finally broke down and went the OLE route. It was a bit of a pain but it is partially working. I will defintely try this when I get home.
