Creation of ZEN3 NAL Object for UPS Worldship Program - HELP!

I have been given my first NAL creation project of making a ZEN3 NAL Object that will be rolled out to approx. 400 retail locations in the US.

Does anyone have any step by step instructions for creating a NAL object?

I have the UPS Worldship software 4.0.19 and this is for Netware 5.1 with Zenworks for Desktops 3.2.

Any thoughts, feelings & suggestions are appreciated
