How to create a new excel sheet from my VC++ program ? The data will be read from from a text file and fetched into an excel sheel. Please let me know ASAP.

Look into the IDispatch() and Invoke() functions. These functions are used when someone imbeds an excel sheet into a word document. I don't know if that answers your question?
