Creating Web Page outside of Enterprise that Lists Available Reports

I want to have a list of the reports available for viewing on a page on our intranet. Enterprise and our Intranet are on 2 separate servers...Not sure of the code to call for this list.

A sample of what I want on a web page:

Report Name
------------
Balances Summary
Employees by Office

Actually, we want to create a web page on the Enterprise Server that lists the reports to view. Then, from our Intranet, create a frame to view the web page of reports...
