I originally learned SQL Server on the 2000 version. Due to the economy, I've had to move across the country (to indiana of all places) where they can't(won't?) upgrade. I need to be able to add some users to the system, however in the New User dialogue box, the "Login name" combo box does not show the [Add User] option as it did in 2000. This may or may not be a SQL 7/2000 issue, but it's definately some kind of issue. Also, in case anyone is wondering, I AM logged in as 'sa' :) Thanks in advance for your quick response(s)!

I'm not picturing what your are talking about and I don't have a SQL 7 interface handy right now. You can do this from Query Analyzer.
If they will be SQL users, then use sp_addlogin.
If it is a windows login use sp_grantlogin.

CaptainN64,

You can use SQL Server 7's Enterprise Manager to add new users. I used the feature just last week from Enterprise Manager on my desktop.

Hope this helps.
