Creating user templates

Hi,

My server is not in a domain and i cannot find out how to create user templates. Right now i have to make all the setting manualy (for group memberships etc) for each user i add to the system. And all the help files seem to point to Active Directory which i don't have...

Is there a way to do it?

I suppose there must be a 3rd party tool i can use. >> goes to google
