Creating user reports and saving them under My Reports

I am using Arcserve V12 and want to create a user report and save it under My Reports using the report wizard. I can create the report and run it but when I save it and go back in and try to retrieve it - it is not there. I am saving the report under the Arcserve - templates-reports.
HELP
