Creating User on Avaya 7.x sofware Element Manager - CS1000 Nortel

Hello,


My question is regarding creating other administrative accounts in Avaya 7.x on the Element Managers.

I have created user TestTelco and assigned services.

User Services>Administrative Users

Add> Add New Administrative User

User ID TestTelco >Authentication Type>local

Temporary Password> Re-Enter Passoword

save and continue

Select Roles> Network Administrator


I logged off after creating and closed browser. It let me change the password on TestTelco account.

However after changing password on the new accoutn.
It will not login me in to the system at all.

Any ideas?

Also, I have removed and recreated my seperate admin account, as well as disable and enable and will not log me in at all.

are you unable to login from the UCM or cs?
