Outside of any asset management software programs, are there any utilities/programs/freeware out there that would capture the following information from a Windows Domain Environment (2000 Server...OS: 95,98,NT,2000,XP-Pro):

User ID
Machine/Computer Name

All I could find from Microsoft was a command line option, which was did not help at all. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful...trying to avoid having to contact 500 users and walk throught the computer name process.

Network Inventory Master 1.4
This is an asset management and asset tracking system for your desktop and networked PCs. It will provide your organization with detailed reporting about all of the hardware and software on all of the PCs on your network. You can export this information into CSV and HTML files. It includes BIOS, CPU type and speed, IP settings, memory size, various operating system details and the network card. It is possible to export any item of hardware inventory data for external analysis and reporting. It also collects information about software installed on each workstation.
