Creating Toolltips

Hi,

I need some help with creating tooltips using TOOLTIPS_CLASS window style. The problem is that I don't know how to handle messages for the tooltips control (when to send TTM_RELAYEVENT & TTM_ACTIVATE, etc.) I'd be grateful if somebody could show me the basic skeleton for handling tooltips messages. Thanks.
