creating toolbars & customizing default menue

how to create the toolbar for my forms.
is it possible to customize the default menue i.e. to add
or remove from it.

You may create toolbar from user-defined menu by specifying Visible in Horizontal/Vertical Menu Toolbar and Icon Filename properties for individual menu items. As for customizing default menu, it's built into Forms runtime and is not a real menu/toolbar. Fortunately in Forms demos its analogue menudefs.mmb is provided.

Did you install Forms Demos? If not, try to look for it on technet.
