Hello - I wonder if anybody can help a novice get to grips with ACT. I have v8.0, I have followed the instructions in the manual and I am trying to use Microsoft word to create templates. On the uppermost menu bar I have 4 (four) ACT tabs ??? when I try to attach to ACT it just feezes! Is this a Microsoft problem or something that I have or haven't done in ACT.
