Creating TAU's for VOIP trial 1

How do I create a new TAU? I've tried the following:
DTEXI:DIR=xxxx,EQU=x-x-x-x,DCAT=3,DTYPE=TAU-S;

But get error message:

NOT ACCEPTED
DTYPE
FORMAT ERROR

What am I do doing wrong? HELP!
