Creating TAB menus

I would like to be able to create tab menus similar to what ESPN.COM has done so in the same area or table cell, different data will appear when one of a series of tabs across the top is selected?

I know I have seen this done in a script before but as always, I am having problems finding it. ahy help would be appreciated.

These seldom look very good do they, and they are very time consuming to set up. This is all done for you by fireworks though, go and grab that if you want to have this effect.
You'll be surprised how much code is needed to run these types of menus.

I guess if it a HTML site you have little choice - Flash makes this sort of thing a walk in the park, and far better looking.
