Creating Submit, New and Cancel Buttons

I am creating a web based form to submit information to a database. I am using Dreamweaver, and Access to do this. I am having a problem however creating the buttons and getting everything to work together. For the page so far I was able to creat just a blank form/page in Access and then was able to just drag-and-drop the desired fields into dreamweaver pages. I am not having the same luck with buttons. Could someone help me with the creation of these buttons. Also I am wanting to have this page load with all the fields empty. Is this possible and if so.....how?
