Creating Sub Bookmarks using key combinations

Hello all,

Here is the stupid question of the day. I have scanned in a bunch of documents and now want to bookmark them. I know I can use Ctrl-B to create a bookmark. My questions is, can I use another key combination to create a sub-bookmark to that bookmark?

ex: bookmark
sub-bookmark
sub-bookmark
bookmark
sub-bookmark
sub-bookmark

I know how to do it with the mouse but want to be able to do it with a key combination (it would be faster and easier for me).

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
