How would you create stationery from an existing memo in Notes 5.x? The help file says to go to Tools, Save as Stationery, but I don't have that option on my Actions/Tools menu. Thanks.

If you're using the helpfile of Notes 5.x and it states this way of doing it, then it should be correct (Little rusty on R5). Try to open a mail (e.g. one of YOUR sent mails in your send folder) in EDIT mode and see if the options appears...

When I do this in R6, it gives me the option to 'save as stationary' under Actions | Tools

Sorry for the slow response, but I'm just now getting back in the office. It turns out that I was looking in the wrong place. I was looking under Actions/Tools, but I found "Save as Stationery" nder the Tools menu on the toolbar directly above To: when creating a new memo. The location might be specific to the template. Thanks for the reply though.
