Hello.

Where can I learn about the creation of standard man pages, nroff and such?

I hope it works...
Unix was made by and for smart people.
 
Well first, I would suggest nroff ...


Then look at the man pages referenced for...

...and of course the "man" macro definitions...

...also good info for learning basic nroff/troff...
