Creating Scrollbars

I'm working on a site that envolves both photoshop and layers. All the content will be displayed on a center layer that will need scrollbars. Does anyone know if it's possible to create the scrollbars in imageready or any other app of the sort ? what kind of html code would that imply ?

You can define the size of the area in imageready using slices, but to add scrollbars, you'll probably need to use iFrames. Check out
