Creating reports on user access rights to reports

Hi guys, I'm looking for a way to create a report that will display what users have access to which reports at that given time. Has anyone ever tackled this problem that can offer some advise on which direction to approach the problem from. Maybe I could use the content store but I don't have a deep enough understanding of how it structured. Regards

sdk is the only way to do this. unless of course you physically create a db and manually enter and keep up to date all the permissions..

having said that.. the best hting might be a combination of the two.. write an sdk app that keeps track of all this and updates the db
