Creating reports in Crystal for Serena Changeman Dimensions

Has anyone ever created a report in Crystal Reports using data from Serena Changeman Dimensions? If you have can you give some input into how complicated it was, what data access do you have to use, is the report created in Dimensions and is viewable in Dimensions, etc...

Any help you can give will be creatly appreciated.
