Help!?!?! I have a table which has a date field along with other associated information. I have created a form that has 2 combo boxes, a Start Date field and End Date field, which prompts the user to select a date from the drop down box (the dates are stored in the table)

How do I set up the report so that it shows the info associated with the dates selected by the user?

An easier way to accomplish this is in a query. Set the query up to include all of the fields you want in the report. Set up your report in the layout you want. Then go back to your query in Design mode...In the Criteria line of your date field type in.... Between[Enter starting date]and[Enter ending Date]....this will prompt your user to enter the starting date they want in the report, then will prompt them for the ending date. I suggest setting up your report the way you want it before tweaking your query to save you from being pestered to death while working between the report page preview and report page design modes. I learned the hard way...LOL....Good luck.

You may wish to ignore my previous posting. This is just the way I've accomplished similiar situations in the databases worked with. However, being a new user to Tek-Tips, I should probably have kept my mouth shut for awhile. And being unfamiliar with VBA, there is probably an easier way to do this using VBA. Sorry.

I get my user input dates through a query, as you suggest... however, how do I get that date range to appear in the header of my report?

Thanks,
