creating relationships via macro or module

I'm having some problems with a program that uses Access as its db engine. Every few months something happens to the database and all or some of the relationships disappear. Now, the program uses over a 198 relationships and I am tired of manually recreating them. I have a backup of the msysrelationships table which is the table that stores all of the relationships in the database. Does anyone know how to go about creating a macro to restore these relationships using the system table msysrelationships?
