Heres what i got, I have a database with several entries in a column called carriers. The carriers often times will send orders that have a same acronym for them for example, Worldcom would send an order with the initials of WCA. What I am trying to do is in the form field when we add data, if we enter WCA to load a new order, Can I set up a way to have it show Worldcom when a rep goes to modify or edit the form page for the order?

You could make a table with two colums Vendor_Name and Vendor_Code. In the Vendor_Name colum you would enter Worldcom. In the Vendor_Code you would place WCA. Then create a one to many relationship between the two tables on the Code. This way, you can display the code and the name in the form. I hope this helps
