Creating ratios in Excel...How?

Hi gurus, I have 2 columns and need to have the 3rd column be a ratio of the first 2. Here's some sample data:

Col1 Col2 Col3
50 100 1:2 <---- I need help here
600 100 6:1
etc.....

Please help me with Col 3 if you can. Thanks in advance!
