I want to create a Quarterly report that shows a tonnage by day and then a month to date tonnage and a quarter to date tonnage. They want to be able to show the report by a given month so for example February I would have to calculate January's results but not show them on the report. Right now it is grouped by date.
So for February I might have:
Day Date Daily Tonnage Avg Tonnage Day Qtr Qtr Tonnage
1 1-Feb 6000 6000 27 180000
2 2-Feb 4000 5000 28 180500
etc

Days are working days Monday through Saturday.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Made no sense to me, sorry.

Try posting technical information, such as:

Crystal version
Database/connectivity used
Example data
Expected output

The example numbers you supplied seem off, but it's hard to know this without having some idea of what's in the database.

Why would Feb need Januarys data but not display it?

Are you trying to state that as part of the quarter display it would need this?

Crystal has built in quarter grouping, insert the date field as a group and select group by For Each Quarter.

Now you can do sums by the quarter.

You can then do another insert and place the date in again For Each Day.

If the Quarter Tonnage is a Running Total, then use a Running Total field.

Anwyay, please supply technical information if this doesn't handle it for you.
