Hi all,

I'm trying to find out how to create a Public Folder Calendar using EMS, or even EMC, if possible. I tried a lot, but I couldn't find anything.

Thank you for any support

Yes, I always use Outlook for such purposes, but I was wondering if it is possible to do it using EMS.
Thank you for reply.

Not that I know of - you can probably powershell it but Outlook is just easier!

I checked EMS help that comes with Exchange 2007 (get-help New-PublicFolder...), and I can't understand why not possible. This is a thing I can live without, but I didn't delegate anything to any different account, and I have to log in as an Domain Admin, and start Outlook...
Thank you for your time.

Well, my account is not a Domain Admin, and I didn't like to add extra rights to it.

Yes, but I use my account to log on in different client PC, and don't want extra rights on it.

You don't need any extra rights - anyone can create a public calendar (unless rights have been changed on the store).

I don't think an ordinary user can create a Public Calendar by default.
