We need to have emails archived that come into our helpdesk inbox.
What I am looking to do is to create a new .pst file (archived based on per month emails) with the same exact directory/folder structure as with our main helpdesk email account. So I would need to have many personal folders (.pst) which I will be manually moving emails to at the end of each month. However, all these archived emails should be accessible when needed from the Folder List.
Can you guys suggest how I can go about doing that. I am running Outlook 98.
