creating presentation

hello
greetings !
im working in director 7
but i feel my method of creating presentations is wrong. what i do is i collect all the dir movies in the required order and make a projector of them
but all the cds ive seen have the dir movies or flash player movies separately in the cd
is there some linking procedure?
Can anyone please tell me the correct procedure used by professionals to put together a cd presentation using director?... (considering that i have prepared the flash movies or the director movies i want included)

You can link all the files by calling a gotomovie command when you want to just to the next movie.
Lots of small movies is the best way to do it as you can edit any one of your smaller movies without risk to the entire presentation. Its also easier to add additional content or change the order of things. Further it allows large teams of people to all work on one project at once and then bring all the movies togeather without additional work. RAM considerations also come into it.
