Hopefully you will find these tips as useful as I do. These are tips to enable you to create pre-filled requests for a task or request you use often, or wish to link to a startpage for customers/employees, or store as a favorite for rapid access regularly.

There are two methods to create pre-filled requests that you can save as links in e-Synergy.
1. Manually (see doc id #01.176.215 for parameters):
The following example shows teh structure of the hyperlink - Example I
Sort of Request: Functional Sales Question (id:90)

Start off with ? and the first parameter. If you want to add more parameters use &.

of request link &ItemCode=WWI0000&Priority=1&Requestcomments=PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THIS REQUEST.&Projectnumber=000SM003&StartDate=01-12-2002&EndDate=31-12-2002&DocId={D7B7ACB1-4EBE-4B48-8A78-05FD4AC0E588}

Automatically: Use the new FrontPage add-in
In FrontPage, select the e-synergy menu. Next select "link" then "request". Select the type of request, then populate the fields you wish to save for regular use. Next, click the "link" button. You will see the request information and the url information in the next text box below. You can either save the link to the current web page open in Front Page, or save to your favorites. (added bonus tip: I normally save to favorites as opposed to linking in the current doc/page so I can reuse the same link in startpages and other documents without having to recreate the link each time. Once saved to favorites, simply right-click on the link in your favorites, select properties, copy the properities and paste into other documents & pages as needed.)
