Creating Pilot Numbers for ACD distribution

Okay I have a NEAX 2000 IPS system with CallCenterWorx MAT and MIS. My question is I want to create a new Pilot number for a new Call Control Vector that was created. However, when the pilot number was created in the ACD system as well as on the PBX (MATWorx) it is not working. Is there a step I am missing that links the PBX programming to the CallCenterWorx module?

Any assistance on this would be wonderful.

Dan, Did you flag the pilot in the PBX with these commands? 172>pilot>3 and 173>pilot>00-15.
