Creating PDF from Word - error

I am trying to create a PDF from Word 2002 and I receive the message...
Acrobat PDF Maker has detected that 'Highlight changes in printed document' has been selected. It will not be able to create tags with this option selected.

When I choose yes to continue it creates my PDF but my links do not work.

How can I fix this?
