I have a union query in Access 2007 that joins three tables into one. Where the fields do not exist in one of the joined tables I created this in the Select statement:
"" AS [Product Name],
WHen Crystal Reports XI grabbed the query from Access it created a parameter that looks like this: []
and it prompts for input every time I run the report on refresh. I cannot delete this parameter because it shows that it is being used and it is not in my Select Expert.
Any ideas. I know it is creating it for the "" above. Becasue I had one that said "Dials" as [From Table] int he select statement and it created a paramater called [Dials]. I tested it by deleting that statement from the Select code and the paramater disappeared. however, I need the one above.
