Creating Outlook appointment on calendarf rom Access data

I would like a method to take infromation concerning a quotation number, customer and due date from an Access database and put the due date on a calendar in Outlook. I am not familiar with any type of code writing but if there is a program or something that would do this, it would certainly help the cause.

I have seen similar programs that will take travel data such a flight times or hotel confirmation numbers and will copy them to my calendar. This is the type of program that I am looking for.
