I want to create an Org. Chart from the data I have in Access. I would prefer to create the Org. Chart in a form. Can anyone tell me what i can do? Thanks so much.

OK, but how do I do that? Is that a function provided by Visio or Access?

Need input !!!
What format is your data in Access?
What sort of output do you require (visual, printed text, printed graphic etc.)?

The data in Access is both text and numeric. What I need to try to do is to create a form that displays the Organization Chart but have it so that it is interactive. So printed text or graphics (read only) does not really suite my purpose for now. Thanks for helping.

The only thing suitable, IMHO, is a treeview control. Look at KB Q167309 which shows a worked example of an employee hierarchy or search KB for 'TreeView'
