How would I go about creating an ODBC datasource to access Filemaker Pro 6.0 databases?

The FileMaker help files actually do an adequate job of explaining this. See the following topics: "About sharing data via ODBC"; "Enabling the Data Access Companions"; "Configuring the ODBC control panel to share data." The important thing is to make sure you set up the Data Access companions ("Local" and "Remote") on both the files and the application itself. You will need to restart Filemaker for these changes to take effect.

If your OS is Windows 2000 you will find the icon to set up data sources in the "Administrative Tools" folder in "My Computer." In earlier Windows versions it is found in "My Computer."

Good luck.
J.
