Creating new text boxes in Outlook 2000

Hello all,

I have a very simple message form that I wish to enhance. I want to give users the abilty to add new text boxes as desired, just by clicking a command button.

The form is for users to let us know what data items they want adding to a report, so essentially the list needs to be able to grow as and when, and it is a requirement that each field is in it own text box.

Can anybody help?
