I have created images of all the new hire documents (10) we need (I-9, w4 etc...) and have left them in the details section of records groued by applicant ID. I have selected only those applicants wha are in "hire" status.
I am pulling in a lot of info, including prior work history...to fill in one document asking for prior state service (for buyback of time)
The problem is, the number of instances of work history an applicant has is equal to the number of forms that prints upon the running of the report (4 prior jobs listed, 4X 10 documents are completed and a 40 page reprot). I only need to have one instance of name etc....how do I limit the eport to this and still be able to "look into" the work history via a formula to fill in the Prior State Service field?
Or should i just scrap this idea and let the ee fill it in...that is actually starting to look pretty good now.
